I’ve attached file with more information regarding VitalSource. This is permanent ownership - you have unlimited access to your book, downloaded onto your device of choice. You can download the book on up to 2 devices, linked to your account (please see attached leaflet).
Wiley e-texts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The E-books are offered as PDFs. To download and read them, users must install Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on their PC. E-books have DRM protection on them, which means only the person who purchases and downloads the e-book can access it. Other possible version of E-book is ePUB, this is just different format of the book, the procedure of using is actually the same. It just depends on the device, which reader wants to use for the book. User may download the file up to 4 times onto different computers.
After the purchase you usually receive the individual codes (one code is meant for only one user). Sometimes you receive a URL link via spreadsheet to the book. The links are set to expire after one year but usually users download their book (which will be on their PC permanently) before the expiration date. Other things to bear in mind are that each link is for sole-user access only and will expire once clicked, so it is important that the user downloads Adobe Digital Editions at (http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/digital-editions/download.html) prior to clicking on their URL. The customer should have administrator rights to the computer he/she is using and ensure that they’re allowing pop-ups to install ADE. Once the user has clicked on the link, he/she will be taken to a landing page and will follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the download. The content would need to be downloaded to a PC in the first instance and could then be moved onto additional devices
